Product R&D Engineer

R&D Centre (Nanjing) · Full-time
Responsibilities
  1. Build product prototypes, write research and design documents, and guide product development.
  2. Work with developers and UX designers to ship new product features on schedule.
  3. Communicate with customers to refine functional requirements (occasional short business trips).
  4. Evaluate and maintain development frameworks; build and iterate reusable shared components.
  5. Independently solve technical challenges and propose constructive implementation approaches.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information engineering, automation or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of back-end development experience; able to build a system from zero to one.
  3. Proficient in Java, design patterns and rigorous coding practice; skilled with SpringBoot and middleware such as RabbitMQ.
  4. Strong MySQL optimisation skills; familiar with SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Redis.
  5. Experience with Golang, Rust, Python or C#, cross-platform (Windows / Linux) development, or RTSP / WebRTC streaming is a plus.
  6. Based in (or willing to relocate to) Nanjing.

Software Test Engineer

R&D Centre (Nanjing) · Full-time
Responsibilities
  1. Break down testing requirements for Windows desktop (C# / WPF) and Vue3 + Vite web applications.
  2. Write test plans and cases independently; run functional, compatibility, regression and UI testing across desktop, web and mobile.
  3. Submit, triage and track defects through to closure; report risks and testing progress.
  4. Build multi-terminal test environments, maintain test data and improve the testing process.
Requirements
  1. College degree or above in a computer-related field; 2–3 years of desktop, web and mobile testing experience.
  2. Solid defect life-cycle management; familiar with Git and issue trackers such as Jira or ZenTao.
  3. Knowledge of C# / WPF desktop architecture and Vue3 / Vite web testing preferred; strong multi-device, multi-browser adaptation testing.
  4. Detail-oriented, logical and communicative; able to run the full testing workflow independently.

Software Project Manager (R&D)

R&D Centre (Nanjing) · Full-time
Responsibilities
  1. Lead customer requirement research and produce standardised requirement documents; define scope and delivery standards.
  2. Plan the full project life cycle — development, testing and go-live plans with clear milestones and baselines.
  3. Coordinate R&D, design, testing and third-party resources; manage schedule, risk and change control.
  4. Own project QCD (quality, cost, delivery); run reviews, acceptance and retrospectives; drive after-sales fixes and iteration.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years in software R&D including 3+ years of full project management.
  2. Technical grounding in Java / SpringBoot / MySQL / Redis / RabbitMQ — able to read technical designs and spot risks.
  3. Skilled with project tools — WBS, schedules, risk registers; experienced in requirement change, schedule, quality and cost control.
  4. PMP / ACP certification or audio-video / streaming project experience is a plus; based in Nanjing.
